Please don't take home loans from Absa

I am deeply unhappy with the Absa home loan department. They are not debiting me on the agreed date for my home loan . This is resulting in me having to pay my bank a hefty fee for insufficient funds . And blacklisted with the credit bureau.This is the second time I am raising this .It is not practical for me to have that kind of money in my account before payday . But they continue to disregard my request and continue to be unprofessional. I will be taking this up further even if they are funding my house . The level of arrogance is making me physically sick . If you have an option , please don't take your home loan out with Absa . What a joke .
