Please communicate with me

I app**** for a personal loan through Absa a few months ago. They declined me for some stupid reason and i accepted it. Checking my credit reports it showed a open loan account by Absa with overdue payments. Had a lady phone me yesterday to sort it out and promised she will phone me back. No surprise no communication. Phoned them this morning and got a total different story. All i want is for this bunch of idiots to close this account and take it off my credit record.
