PLEASE CANCEL MY OVERFDRAFT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
I called in to cancel my overdraft and the call centre said it cannot be done and that I need to contact my credit controller. I have never heard of this before. I was given a number ***, but no one answers. I called that number 10 times.
Can you please cancel my overdraft with immediate effect. It's no longer needed.
