PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY PAID UP LETTER

Every month you have to ask Absa to send you paid up letter, i need to get my credit score updated but with their bad service you send them email on email on calls on calls no way, i have seen poor services but no they meters above the rest of extremely bad service.
