Please assist me with this matter

<div>ABSA emailed me a paid up letter for the vehicle only to find out this paid up letter has a different account number under my name and the is another account which is still opened to the very same vehicle so I don't understand. Please kindly assist me on this matter because now is been 2 and half years this matter unresolved. ABSA bank still is debiting on my bank account but now I reverse the installments because the car is no longer with me.. By now supposed ABSA has taken the car if I didn't pay for it to this far..and this is frustrating me because I'm blacklisted. Your intervention will be highly appreciated...</div>
