Please assist

We have a house situated at 6 Herbert Baker street, Groenkloof, Pretoria, insured by ABSA House insurance. In the early morning of the 31st December 2021, our 8 foot brick fence wall collapsed and fell over into the street, due to heavy rains, that fell over that last weeks. This wall was build in the early 1990's. ABSA was contacted at 08:02h on the 31st December 2021 submitting a claim, as the security of the property was badly affected in a suburb known to be very high in crime. Insurance number *** with claim number ***. A company called "PENBOR Construction" was assigned by "*** to access the damage and then to feedback to ABSA. This was done on Wednesday, 5th January 2022. An accessor from ABSA came to the house on Thursday, 6th January 2022 to do the required accessing. ABSA insurance has been contacted weekly via their "***" website as well as their telephone contact number ***. The comment every time was that due to Covid regulations, the processing of your claim will take a bit "longer". This wall needs to be repaired/replaced as soon as possible. Please assist with this claim, as we have been with ABSA Insurance since 1975. We are pensioners now and this extra financial burden must surely be carried by Absa.
