Please assist

<p>I've been reversing and blocking a debit order for the past 4 months. I understand that there is nothing much the bank can do. The debit order has gone through and I have to reverse it again. I am unable to do it via internet banking. I've always had to go to the branch for this. The problem I have now is that I underwent major surgery last week and am now bedridden. I can supply proof of this. Can I therefore please ABSA to kindly reverse the debit order in question for me. This is rather urgent and will greatly appreciate your assistance.</p>
