Playing Powerball on the Absa app and problem with payouts via sms
I always play lotto on my Absa app and I have not received any SMS to say I even won R5.00 that needs to be paid to me.
Some banks get SMS why doesn't Absa to the same.I feel if I bought with my money in the bank regardless if it's R5 it should be paid out to the customer .
Something is not right here.
Can I get an understanding as to why is that the case.
