Playing Lotto and Power Ball on ABSA banking app
ABSA introduced the option of playing Lotto and Powerball on the Banking app which is very convenient, however when it comes to paying the winnings this simply does not happen as they explain in the FAQ section on their website.
A sms will be sent the next morning, this does not happen, thus the winnings even just R7.50 and R5.00 does not get transferred into your account. and this has been since 24 Dec 2019. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to phone a call center and complain about R5.00 really ABSA surely this process should be automated and should just happen automatically.
