Platinum package useless and overrated

My platinum cheque card had been up for renewal in Oct 2014 and it had been only sorted out finally in Jan/Feb 2015. However, I had this same difficulty at the previous time of renewal. Just to say, that the Platinum package does not offer all the priviledges that it claims it does, even trying to locate the personal banker assigned to you, like Steven Williamson etc etc etc. Also, be sure to expect a THANK you message at the end of each year, thanking you for the business etc etc. I have now decided to downgrade to a lower package, hoping that it will be more efficient, and offer what it says it should.
