Platinum Credit Card Limit

A year ago my credit card was upgraded from Gold to Platinum, my credit limit wasn't increased to what it should be for a Platinum client, it stayed on a limit of R10 000. When I tried to increase it a year ago <br> it was declined due to my payment history on my ITC. I have disputed everything with Trans Union and the outcome was successful and everything was removed, however when trying to apply for a limit increase again, yet again it was declined due to affordability! This I find unacceptable as I have more than R10 000 left of my salary every month. I also do not have any other debts.! Furthermore would I like to say that I am a platinum credit card holder but do not benefit anything out of it, my limit is still the same as of a Gold client, the conducting of both my Cheque and credit card account is excellent, I have never been in arrears nor have I had returned debit orders. I have submitted a application again via email [Email Removed] after the branch told me it was declined.
