PKEASE HELP!!!
My wife bank card expired on 20 April. So I went to Brooklyn Mall as your website said it was nearest open branch upon arriving there absa was closed. I email absa same day to hear what she can do as she cannot use her card now. Absa promised to contact me but we have heard nothing. My wife had TB so she is very high risk and is not traveling she was very upset with absa due to false information given to us by absa, she traveled unnecessary.
