****ed off

I went to an Absa branch to open an estate account. The service I got was unprofessional the consultant told me to bring original docs. I explained that the person passed away over 5 yrs ago his original documents were filed and got burnt when the house was on fire. She told me she's doing her job I must go get those documents. I really don't know where to get them from I'm so ****ed off with the lack of customer service. I am also in a service environment I won't do or talk to my clients like that
