Pipes are still not fixed since April

I am not sure what to do now... Absa is still not responding on when they will fix the pipes that were damaged by the floods. they only send the plumber for assessment on the 24 April and I never hear anything from them. they only responded about the walls and said they will not fix it and gave their reasons but nothing about the pipes...
