<p>My husband and I have been dealing with absa vehicle finance, and to my disappointment, they turned out to be very unproffessional, it doesnt even seem like anyone knows whats happening, and not to mention ****y and RUDE.</p> <p>I had vehichle finamnce with them, this year being the year i finish, they first started not debiting my account for installments, and didnt mention anything, when i enquired about the settlement, they tell me im in arrears, which i than called my bank, asked what happend, my bank then informed me ABSA did not even ATTEMPT to debit, i Rushed and made payments, also paid the settlement amount which was given to me by the agent, and when i called to confirm i had made payment, they tell me there is money outstanding...REALLY!!!!</p> <p>Bad Service, Bad attitude, *********** people. i will never refer anyone to ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE...absolutely poor service</p>
