Phoning ABSA Stockbrokers is a nightmare

Online share portfolio tells me my account has been deactivated/revoked. Obviously others are having same issue (as I have seen on here) but I held for 45 minutes (without getting to speak to anyone) before I had to leave for the doctor so I e-mailed them. Only got an auto response 90 minutes later to say my enquiry has been logged and a representative would be looking at it. This is rather concerning considering I've been trying for 3 1/2 months to try get an IT3c (with no result AND NO COMMUNICATION). Now been holding on the phone again (still holding) for 22 minutes and still not got to speak to anyone.
