Phone lines not working

Have a woolies credit and an *****ulent online shopoing went of my account. Tried to phone them from 6 and no one picks up. It keeps on saying network congested.

This transaction could have been stopped if we could have gotten ahold of the ***** department or anyone.

This is really bad service.
