Phishing Phone Calls and Emails

Congratulations to Absa Cyber Security for their efficient service that they provide. I recently received a phone call where somebody had my details and tried to get information from me regarding my accounts. I refused and was told that the Manager would phone me back. This of course never happened. I reported the matter to Absa who promptly reported the caller. I have tried to report "phishing" emails to Telkom, Nedbank, Standard Bank and FNB and never even get an acknowledgement - so well done to Absa
