Phishing and disgusting attitude

In a world where cyber crime and phishing are so prevalent, how on earth can a financial institution phone its clients and expect them to divulge personal information to a complete stranger??? When I tried to explain this to the illiterate simpleton who called me, she said \well then I can't help you\" with an indignant attitude and slammed the phone down on me. I am so fed up with the ever growing incompetence of customer service employees in South Africa.I sent an e-mail to customer service and surprise surprise, no response, unless they think an automated response counts. And PLEASE don't give me the standard \"cut and paste\" response you seem to give everyone on Hello Peter, you are just adding insult to injury. Clearly I'm not a valued client so you've lost my support. P.s: Not being able to add beneficiaries to my on-line account for me is just pathetic. The pink card that looks like it should belong to a 12 girl is also pathetic. The hoops I had to jump through to get statements e-mailed and text notifications is also pathetic.Virgin Money is PATHETIC."
