Phenomenal service by Mr Rautenbach
I went to ABSA in Plumstead on 13 Sept 2019 to close my credit card. After waiting 15 minutes in the que, I was approached by Mr Rautenbach at customer services as there was no other customer person asking clients in the q how we could be helped. This employee was phenomenal and utterly professional in his service delivery towards me. Thank you Mr Rautenbach, you are an asset to ABSA
