PHATU MUTAMBA ABSA PROTEA GLEN MALL, SOWETO, EXCELLENT SERVICE

The service I have received from Absa from January 2020 till May 2020 has been terrible and bad, honestly, I hope none should ever ask me about ABSA because I will not be recommending the bank to anyone your service towards me has been poor, extremely lacking and shocking. Your online and call centre personnel have failed more than once. I am disappointed.

I just have a compliment for Phatu Mutamba from Protea Glen Mall, Soweto, who assisted on the 30 May 2020. Her service was remarkable and worthy of praise. I was shocked that I was still at ABSA, if it was the same bank? Because your service towards me has been poor.

I would like to thank Phatu for her patience as I took a lot of her time, she was truly patient and tried to assist. Her service was wonderful.

As for the previous experiences I've had with absa bank, I am going to make sure that by the end of this month I've closed all my accounts with you. I am more than disappointed, because one day I might have an emergency and I wouldn't want to deal with your online or call centre personnel, I am beyond shocked, I will NEVER open anything with absa, NEVER.
