Phathetic services from absa bank at the Grove mall
Pathetic pathetic service from absa at The Grove Mall.. the cues are absolutely ridiculous. Dont understand why they only letting us in one at a time it's not level 5 anymore!. Rest of stores let's us in without waiting 2 hours in a cue. The bank manager is incredibly rude to the customers. Get your act together. For a bank you are useless. Unorgenised and unprofessional.
