Personal Touch does not exist

<p>I went to UK, want to use my Priority Pass card, which expires in 2018, I was told the card is declined.</p> <p>Today I went to the bank to find out why, they told me that the card has replaced by a Dragon card.</p> <p>Well I do believe that is why I have a private banker???</p> <p>I spoke to the Branch manager who said that correspondence was relaid to us, when I enquired further about how and when, it was last year October via SMS. She also had told me that the Private banker had been off sick for the past week and is going for tests for 2 days.</p> <p>So that means no Banker at Amanzimtoti branch for almost 2 weeks. And if I need him, where do I go, I would have to travel to anothe brach I suppose. No banker will come to me. I have also not heard from him in a year and a half. Do I have to run after him????</p> <p>I was given a document to sayhow to register on Dragon pass, but no where is said that you do need a membership ID. And where do I find that.</p> <p>So another frustrating day with Absa. And not sooner it is going to get better, I know because all the promises has not happend for the past 10 years I am a platinum card holder</p> <p>Absa I think your servise is pathetic, and you are more worried about sponsoring that giving service</p>
