Personal loans department suck

<p>Well well, Absa personal loans department has this don't care attitude, no-one gets back to us in a week.</p> <p>If we phone them (which we do daily) we just get some excuse or "It's with the credit department"</p> <p>I can see me and my wife moving all our savings, credit and cheque accounts to someone who actually cares and where we are not just another number. Where are the day where ABSA were the leaders? Been with you guys since before you were even called ABSA, pathetic</p>
