Personal loans department
Worst service ever. I wolf mot recommend absa personal loans to anyone. I requested they debit my account earlier in Dec. They didn’t so I made payment early and called them not to debit on my normal pay day but they did. I requested a refund for either of the payments on Friday 24 Dec and they said 48hour working day. Until today I am still waiting for my refund. Their complaints department also useless they take long to assign your query to be investigating. Bye Absa I’m closing my accounts with you.

Everytime I call the complaints department the person busy with my case is offline or busy with a call. I have been waiting for my refund and tomorrow I am waiting for further. Now when I call the personal loans department they said I must wait for the refund to be approved once approved I must wait an additional 24-48hours for my refund. Im enough of this back and forth can I have my refund so that I can close my accounts with absa. I’m busy waiting my time taken from pillar to post and my airtime. This is unacceptable.
