Personal Loans Account Settlement

I settled my ABSA personal loan by paying the settlement amount they had stated on their settlement letter. However the personal loan account was not closed. ABSA continued to charge me for Group Life Cover which I had taken with the loan, even though the loan was meant to have been closed. <br> <br> Now ABSA refuses to pay me back for a mistake they made when they did not close the account.
