personal loan, without approval of terms

I app**** for a personal loan on sunday night, i received an SMS saying i have been preapproved T&C apply.<br> 5 minutes later R125,000 was transferred into my cheque acount.<br> At an interest rate of 22.25%, which is ridiculous, considering my credit card is 16%.<br> I did not approve this interest rate!<br> <br> I had requested a term of 72 months, whereas the loan is at 60 months!<br> <br> I need the loan terms changed, and none of your call centres are able to help me.<br> your operators are as surprised as me, that the money was given without a phone call, or email quotation?!
