Personal loan removal nightmare

I have been trying to clear my name from a personal loan that has been paid up over year ago. My personal loan hasn't been removed/updated from Absa database. This has had an impact on getting job as they show up on my name and has been a futile exercise getting this matter to be resolved.

I regret engaging Absa in that regard because it's like a parasite in my livelihood.
