PERSONAL LOAN PAID IN FULL 2014- STILL NOT UPDATED

<p>In 2014 I paid my personal loan in full, about a month ago NDS Attorneys called me regarding my Absa personal with an outstanding amount due. I explained my situation to rectify the situation. The cased was closed on their side unfortunately I still had to take the matter up with Absa myself which I did -28 July 2016.</p> <p>Dumasani Nene assisted me to his utmost best, unfortunately he had to sent my clearance request to ********** 04 August 2016 he emailed Absa credit bereau no feedback/ email confirmation received from the CBCS. Today I called in again spoke to Zwandile Mlonto I could answer his security questions because of the details Absa has is older than 10 years. I than asked him to speak to his Superior- Natalie Pooly. In her tone I could not that she does not want to listen to my request or understand my matter. I was still speaking to her without listening to me fully she directed my call to Zwandile again. I explained to him that Absa's credit bereua have received a email from Dumasani at Absa</p> <p>My only request is for my name to be cleared, correspondence proof with apology letter</p>
