Personal Loan - No feedback more than a week

<p>I have made an application for a personal loan on Wednessday 11/01/2017. <br />Sent through the required documents 10 minutes after the aplication was submitted.</p> <p>It is now 20/01/2017 more than a week later, and after I have sent nuerous mails, and phoned in 8 times with the same answer (We are leaving a message for them to call you) I have still not heard anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thus I am resorting to this site in the hope of getting an answer.</p>
