Personal Loan

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with ABSA - I took an ABSA loan around the year 2014/15 to be able to pay for my grandmother's hospital fees - I was paying for the loan gradually as I should until some of us got retrenched from my previous employer due to the company suffering huge financial loses.

Now that I have gotten back on my feet after piece jobs I have been attempting to reach ABSA to start making a payment however I have been sent from pillar to post for the past months which works to my disadvantage cause I could have covered a lot of ground with payments.

Firstly they advise that I do not owe anything as I am not in their systems - then I check again there is still a mark against my name cause of ABSA and nobody else -

I decided to visit the Midrand / Alex and Absa in town - all I was given was numbers that I have grown tired of calling with regards to who I have to pay.

*** // *** - these numbers take up to 30 minutes +/- to be answered each and/or every time you drop the call to call again.

Whenever I call these numbers its either I must go to a branch or they have closed for the weekend (which is the same thing the people from branch say on weekends).

Can I get help please URGENTLY.
