Personal loan enquiry - I did not apply for one

My credit bureau report shows an enquiry for a personal loan with Absa on the 23rd August 2021. I did not apply for a personal loan or any other finance with Absa in August. Could you please check if there was a *****ulant loan application. Also remove the enquiry from my profile at the credit bureau.
