Personal Loan Department seems to have gone on Christmas Leave.

It is impossible to get hold of your personal loan department. I phoned multiple times in the last 2 days to follow up on my application, from last week Thursday, but no one answers. I have spent upwards of R270 on airtime alone, whilst on hold and told on multiple occasions to "to call back later or continue to hold for assistance." - I may need to apply for a loan to pay for the airtime used trying to ask someone about my loan. I really, can't get hold of anyone.

The service I initially received was outstanding, but feel I am being let down somewhat, and it would appear I am not the only one. Please could someone get hold of me sooner rather than later.
