Personal loan deduction processed twice in 1 month

Good day<br> <br> I had thought that my personal loan debit order issues were over, however, on the 25th of February 2016, R7000.00 was deducted in favour of my personal loan. No problem with that. BUT AGAIN on 27/02/2016, a debit order for another R7000.00, was attempted. You are honestly *****ing with my credit profile and are negatively affecting my risk grading with Absa. Please sort this out. It has been outstanding since November 2015. IS this now going to happen on a monthly basis??? No please sort it out.
