Personal Loan Debit order switching reverted

my Personal Loan Debit order switching reverted back to the 26th, i've changed my debit order date to the 28th in December and some how apparently due to (Flexiaccount) it reverted back to the 26th and there is nothing Absa can do to rectify this. my major problem is that i only get paid on the 27th and with this my near perfect credit record is going to suffer because of a system that does not work and staff who have no authority to rectify these mistakes. <br> <br> I've spoken to a \manager"called Freedom and he tried to help"
