Personal loan application

I app**** for a personal loan via the online application service. It has been a month and I still didn't recieve any call back from the consultant that was assigned to my case. I contacted there help line multiple times and every person that I spoke to tried to assist but to no avail.

I have been banking with them for many years but after this I am thinking of moving to another bank.
