Personal loan

ABSA life has agreed to pay my personal loan repayments for 12 months. This was approved in June this year. I have this both on email and on my account to prove it. Yet ABSA keeps telling me every month that I am behind on my repayments, which is completely untrue.

I have gone into a branch to sort this out numerous times. I have called numerous times to sort this out. Everytime I get told it’s resolved and then I get an sms saying I’m behind and this is impacting my credit score.
