Personal Loan

I app**** for a personal loan 3 weeks ago. I have sent my documents, I have provided a case number. I was told to update my FICA information at the branch which i did. I have done all of that yet no one can tell me if my application has been approved or declined. I am told someone from payouts will call me. I'm still waiting. How can other banks give instant approval, but you guys make it near impossible??? How long can it take? Please could someone contact me urgently. I am sick of this now.
