Personal Loan

My wife app**** for a personal loan she is a private client of Absa. The loan was approved after we had to complete documents 3 times and this was the same documents. Then for signing of ducuments it was send to Fochville Absa last week tuesday. There my wife signed them and they needed to be send back to sandton. It is now more than a week after it was signed and nothing. They dont even know where the original documents are. I said to my wife we must rather move over to a other bank that wants to help. This is so frustrating.
