Personal loan

I've settle my personal loan acc last year 2015 already, now all of a sudden I'm in arrears? I've went to the branch just to here that the recovery department is closed on a saturday, I've phoned them last week Friday, spoke to several people in different departments without any success, wasted R100 of airtime. According to the one lady who I spoke to, she said that she can see my acc has been settled and released from there department to the settlement department and that they still need to continue to give me a settlement letter. Nothing happened as yet.
