Personal Loan

I app**** for a Personal Loan on 09 March 2016. On 10 March 2016 I sent them the documents they asked for and received a SMS to say the loan is provisionally approved. On 14 March 2016 I have not heard a word from ABSA and gave them a call. The lady I spoke to said that someone will call me back ASAP. Shortly after my call I received a SMS to say that they received my documents and someone will call me to finalize my application. Does it take 4 Days to receive documents???? I never got that call from them so on 16 March 2016 I called them again and a Natalie was supposed to call me back. Still nothing!!! The service is VERY POOR. Please contact me ASAP.
