Personal Loan

So i app**** online to get a personal loan and was sent an sms saying that the loan was approved and that I will be contacted I was also given a reference number. about a week later and still no phone call so i decided to phone absa and find out what is happening, after giving my ID number reference number and answering security questions i was told to please wait which i did for about 20 minutes only for the agent to come back and say they are unable to find my application form as it has gone missing she told me to wait someone and she will speak to her leader which was about 10 minutes. She came back saying that the form has disappeared it is as if I never filled it out so she advised we redo it all over again even through at this point i was over it i decided to do it only for her to say she cant do the form without knowing the date my ID was issued which i do not know and didnt have my ID on me, I asked her to please get someone to phone me back the next day as i will have it, the day went by and not a single call. What more must i do? I fill in your form i send copies of bank statements and payslips i get an approval and was willing to start all over again yet this happened???
