Personal load debit order date issue

I am unhappy with absa personal loans department. I've asked them to change my debit order from the 25th to the 27th of each month in Feb. I was promised this was done but in March the money didn't go off. I was told to do an eft for the payment, then last month it was the same thing and again I was promised the change was done and the money would go off on the 27th of May but that didn't happen. This morning I had to call Absa again with the same complaint. And the consultant told me she doesn't know why the money didn't go off. Can someone from Absa give me answers why doesn't their system deduct my personal loan installment on the 27th??????
