Personal information given?

I can’t believe I’m giving Absa a low review AGAIN, but I am beyond shocked - I just received an email with a loan agreement belonging to someone else. Absa has not responded to many concerned emails regarding this.

This document contains the person’s name, phone number, ID number, address… Can we really believe our information is safe at Absa if something like this happens? I have been struggling with their loans department for a week and it has culminated in THIS?

It really feels like time for a change.
