Personal information abuse

I app**** for a credit card at an absa branch that was declined of which I don't mind, but now Absa keeps doing a credit enquiry on my profile 7 times in a month, which I'm livid about becase they are messing up my credit score! I have worked so hard to clean up my credit to have a bank unnecessarily bring it down again with these multiple credit enquiries, even absa personal loan enquired, I did not even apply for a personal loan. This is upsetting as banks use credit rating for lending and to have absa do this is upsetting. Never give your info to absa, it will be abused.
