Personal care statement
Good Day
I am so damn fed up with this bad service I am requesting my personal loan statement. I am yet to receive it after sending three emails since last week and daily phone calls which go around in circles.
Do not force me to down load you damn application cause I am not interested cause now can help me online or in the bank . Bunch of stupid staff .
So please send me statements monthly to my email .
I am copying the NCR into this mail .
