Personal care makes a different... Just work to get some of your other employees to understand it

Just over a week ago I complained about ABSA due to one of their employees that failed me and put ABSA in a bad light. Now I'm writing to compliment Gabi Stroobants, Manager at ABSA for quickly and willingly helping me with a query even though I have closed the investment account we had with them. Its simple, personal care that goes a long way from being an account number to a person.
