Person from absa bank personal loan have set my debi check debit incorrectly so system double debit my account twice for past 3 mths this has affected my itc scoring and added bank charges .tried calling personal loan call centre have wait like 2hrs before call answered then they divert to another person all my airtime get finish..call cuts .go into bank to resolve..till now bank manager martin requested personal loan dept to call me and resolve they did not call me so looks like another mth they will double debit me again very disappointed with absa bank personal loan dept
