Pensioner vs ABSA ATM

<p>11th July '17: My father attempted to withdraw from an ATM the funds did not come out but the deduction did on his account, After proceeding to go to his nearest branch Absa Glen Marais he opened a case and received a ref ********** , also being given a telephone number for the agent handling the case. Firstly this agent is useless every time I contact her she has no real response for me when this deduction will be refunded into my father account and proceeds to tell me she will contact me back, she didn't and never did it was always I who attempts to follow up. No 10 days later. Twitter doesnt help (Not even knowing what my case was about, to begin with?) your call center doesn't help and your branch doesn't help. This morning my father went back to the branch and told him that the money did come out of the ATM?? ARE YOU (Insert here) KIDDING ME!!! Are you seriously telling me that you are calling a pensioner a ****? As he said in the branch I will say it here as well you are more than welcome to check that camera system in regards to that ATM. But how dare you!!! I actually had the ***** now to finance my new car with you and I'm still banking with you for some reason.... But then you go and pull this garbage. Now you have proceeded to create a "New" claim ********** 2 with a "New" agent. Oh boy!! Now being told to wait for 30days. To rephrase the money he attempted to withdraw from the ATM did not come out of the machine but the deduction did go off on his account you have done nothing regarding this except calling him a **** now and wasting our time with this. Absa-lutely disgraceful. IF you plan on responding to this i expect a "REAL" update and hope this raises an escalation for you to wake up!!!</p>
