Pension Put On Hold

Im not sure what to do . I am a pensioner. Last week 9 March i received my RA Pension . Well when i tried to draw money i saw that Absa has put a hold on my cheque ccount aswell as my DepositorPlus so i have no money right now . I battled for ever to find the right department to find out what was happening . It turns out that im in arrears with my bond. I went into my Absa Branch and spoke to a consulant. She manage to get hold of the Legal Department. The Legal Department Absa said i must open up a savings account and they would see what my arrears were and then transfer my money into the New Savings account. The amount worked out to be R 4000.00 . Went back to the Absa Branch close to where i stay. I told the consultant that they may take the money to pay the arrears. She told me to come back in today which i did but my account is still on hold apparently the Legal Departments manger has not approved it yet. Told to come back tomorrow . This is becoming so difficult as i have things that i need to pay to actually survive and there is no urgency at all i dont have other funds to rely on . What can i now do. I am so stressed i didnt know that Absa would be allowed to put a hold on Pension pay out which isnt that much.
